Vítor Duarte Teodoro

Coordenador da Secção de História da Ciência e da Tecnologia e Ciências da Educação, DCSA-FCTUNL (desde 2009). Membro eleito do Conselho Científico da FCTUNL desde 2009. Coordenador da Divisão de Educação da Sociedade Portuguesa de Física desde 2007. Consultor do Ministério da Educação português em diversas áreas (exames; formação de professores; desenvolvimento curricular; design de espaços escolares e laboratórios; recrusos educativos digitais). Autor de diversos relatórios para o Ministério da Educação nestas disciplinas, envolvendo o design de políticas públicas, formação de pessoal, selecção de amostras para participação em estudos, etc. Coordenadro de uma rede Ibero-Americana no uso educativo de tecnologias da informação de 1995 a 2001. Autor de mais de 30 manuais para escolas em Portugal e Cabo Verde (Física e Química).

Educação em Ciências e Matemática (embedding scientific computing in the secondary school curricula and in undergraduate studies in science and engineering). Princípios e design de ambientes de aprendizagem activos, em particular para educação científica e matemática; avaliação; formação de professores; desenvolvimento curricular. Participação em vários projectos de investigação financiados pela Comunidade Europeia, entidades nacionais e governamentais.
